Base location – Bangalore
Desired candidate profile:
- 3+ Years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Business Development, Inside Sales in IT Solutions/Services sales
- Someone with good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security and Staff Augmentation, partner ecosystem and fair technical bent of mind. Exposure to solutions sales in RPA/AI will be an added advantage.
- Should have worked on any of the CRM tools
- Aggressive and target driven, self-motivated
- Engineering graduate is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Lead generations through databases, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.
- Database generation and maintenance
- Engaging with customers through calls/campaigns/referrals to generate new sales opportunities.
- Connecting and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/ITeS solutions
- Building sales funnel and keeping track of closure
- Identifying the prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Managing to capture customer information & update CRM on a daily basis
- Should be able to qualify the leads/prospects and identify potential opportunities with BANT information
- Work closely with all the OEMs and Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations in co-ordinations with respective OEMs.
- Work closely as a team with the respective BUs / Sales Specialist(s)
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
- Ownership of renewals
- Maintain reports.
Others:
- Role will be primarily focussed on India and adjoining geographies. However, the candidate should be open to work in East-coast time in case it is required in case-to-case basis
