Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities
Thorough knowledge for ensuring works related to MEP (HVAC (VRV/VRF), Chiller, Project and Maintenance ), Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc.
Sort & fix problems associated with installations or general project to the Project Head in respect of MEP.
Responsible for all MEP works and review test reports for desired parameters.
Prepare requirements, maintenance schedules, check all GFC drawings, and maintain reports of contractors.
Responsible for project management and site execution related to MEP installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Experience in plumbing and mechanical equipment used in real estate is must.
Desired profile of the candidate
Experience: Approx. 8 to 10 years experience in executing Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, HVAC works for industrial clients with strong Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing exposure with renowned construction companies.
Candidates with less experience may also apply for lower position.
