Job Description – Sales Executive (B2B & Customer Support)

Maaesa is a leading women's fashion brand manufacturing and supplying ethnic and western wear across India and international markets. We are expanding our B2B and export business and are looking for an energetic Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities while ensuring an excellent customer experience for our D2C customers.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B buyers using provided databases and self-generated leads.
- Conduct cold calling to retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, importers, distributors, and fashion buyers in India and overseas.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers until conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
2. International Business Development
- Identify and approach international buyers through online platforms and research.
- Generate export leads from various digital sources.
- Communicate professionally through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers.
3. Alibaba.com Management
- Handle buyer enquiries received through Alibaba.com.
- Respond promptly to RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Generate new business opportunities through Alibaba.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams for quotations and product information.
- Maintain excellent response time and buyer satisfaction on the platform.
4. Shopify Customer Support
- Handle customer queries received through Shopify, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Process product returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacement requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue closure.
- 5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets daily.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly progress updates.
- Share market feedback, buyer requirements, and competitor insights.Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in cold calling and telecalling.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good email writing and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Experience with Alibaba.com, Shopify, or other B2B portals will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Export Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in the garment, textile, fashion, or e-commerce industry will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 50 outbound calls per day.
- Qualified B2B leads generated.
- International buyer enquiries generated.
- Follow-up conversion rate.
- Alibaba enquiry response time and conversions.
- Shopify customer issue resolution time.
- Return and exchange resolution TAT.
- COD verification accuracy.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
