What You'll Do
Develop Winning Social Media Strategies
- Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and Threads.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business goals, festivals, astrology events, and trends.
- Identify content opportunities that increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Write High-Performing Video Scripts
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Create compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Transform astrology concepts into easy-to-understand, entertaining, and relatable content.
- Develop scripts for educational videos, trend-based content, storytelling, POV videos, promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure every script is optimized for audience retention and social media performance.
Create Content That Converts
- Plan Reels, carousels, static creatives, memes, stories, polls, and interactive content.
- Develop content around:
- Zodiac Signs
- Horoscope
- Vedic Astrology
- Numerology
- Tarot
- Remedies
- Festivals
- Spiritual Insights
- Create content that educates, entertains, and drives app installs, consultations, and community engagement.
Stay Ahead of Trends
- Monitor viral formats, trending audio, memes, and platform updates.
- Adapt trends creatively for the astrology niche.
- Spot cultural moments and convert them into engaging content quickly.
Collaborate with Creative Teams
- Work closely with designers, video editors, marketers, and astrologers.
- Provide creative briefs, content references, visual direction, and script explanations.
- Ensure the final output aligns with the original content vision.
Measure & Improve
- Track content performance across all platforms.
- Analyze engagement, watch time, retention, reach, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on insights.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy.
- Has strong experience writing viral social media scripts.
- Understands how to create content that performs on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Has worked with an Astrology, Spiritual, Numerology, Religious, or Knowledge-based brand. (Preferred)
- Can convert complex topics into engaging short-form content.
- Has excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Understands audience psychology and social media algorithms.
- Can independently generate fresh content ideas every day.
- Can think strategically while executing quickly.
