Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Exhibition Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute innovative exhibition booths, conference setups, pavilions, experience centres, and event environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent visualization skills along with strong knowledge of exhibition fabrication, materials, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design exhibition stalls, pavilions, conference stages, registration areas, and event environments.
- Develop creative design concepts based on client briefs and business requirements.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders, visualizations, and client presentations.
- Create detailed production and working drawings for fabrication and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, production teams, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs are innovative, practical, structurally feasible, and cost-effective.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Visit project sites whenever required to support installation and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in exhibition or event design.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of exhibition materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
- Excellent creative visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
