Hiring: Quality Engineer | Pune (Wasuli Area)
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our growing team at a leading Packaging Automation Machinery Company in Pune.

We design, manufacture, install, and service advanced packaging automation systems, including checkweighers, case erectors, case packers, palletizers, conveying systems, and more. Our solutions are trusted by leading FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Confectionery brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments
* Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions
* Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation
* Support CAPA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout production processes
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (manufacturing preferred)
* Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
* Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and quality tools
* Ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T basics preferred)
Preferred Experience
* Exposure to packaging machinery, industrial automation, or fabrication industries
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
