Hiring: Vice President – Engineering (VP Engineering)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 15+ Years
Industry Preference: BFSI / Fintech / Wealth Management / Lending / Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-scale digital platform development and engineering delivery
Define technology roadmap, architecture, and modernization initiatives
Drive cloud-native engineering, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and automation
Lead high-performing teams across Development, QA, DevOps, and Support
Ensure application security, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence
Collaborate with business, product, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and strategic technology programs Must-Have Skills:
✔ 15+ years in Software Engineering with 5–8+ years in Engineering Leadership
✔ Strong expertise in Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, and Cloud (AWS/GCP)
✔ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and Observability
✔ Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Security Frameworks, and Scalability
✔ Experience managing large engineering teams and Agile delivery models
✔ BFSI domain exposure preferred (Wealth, Lending, Insurance, Broking, Investments)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA (Systems/IT) or equivalent technical degree.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
