- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and hospital roles
- Drive hiring through job portals, references, social media, and vendor networks
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
- Support manpower planning and recruitment strategies
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Hospital Hiring / Rehabilitation Hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sourcing, screening, and bulk hiring expertise
- Hands-on experience in hiring:
- Doctors
- Nurses
- Caretakers
- Allied Healthcare Professionals
- Hospital Support Staff
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and closures within timelines
Flexible to work in a 6-day working environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
