A Field Recruiter for delivery personnel sources and hires delivery riders directly from the community, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. A Delivery Boy/Girl physically transports and hands over packages, documents to customers, ensuring orders are delivered safely and on time.
Field Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Conduct recruitment drives, set up on-the-ground hiring camps, and network to attract gig workers and delivery riders across the city.
- Screening: Review applications, verify original documents (driver's licenses, Aadhar cards), and conduct on-site interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the joining process, assist with app installations, and ensure candidates complete their mandatory training.
- Retention: Engage with existing delivery partners to minimize attrition and gather feedback from the field.
