Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning, VMC or CNC Milling machines.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Set up tools and fixtures as per job requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform basic machine setup and offset adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gauges.
- Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Adhere to all workplace safety and quality standards.
- Report machine issues or production defects to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in CNC Turning, VMC or Milling operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
