Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care during home visits.
- Assess patients' health conditions and monitor recovery.
- Record and monitor vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, dressings, and other prescribed treatments.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, and recovery plans.
- Maintain detailed nursing records and patient documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
- Respond professionally to patients' healthcare needs while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion.
Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively.
- Willingness to travel across Trivandrum for home visits.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced home care or hospital nurses will have an added advantage.
