Job Title: Construction Civil Project Manager
Location: Jalandhar / US Projects (as applicable)
US Night Shift: 7:30PM - 5:30AM ( 1 hour break including)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction and development projects for XLNC Builder. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, vendor coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance
- Track project progress and resolve on-site and operational issues
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
- Manage resource allocation and vendor payments
- Prepare and present project status reports to management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture
- 2–15+ years of experience in project management (construction/real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, BOQs, drawings, and contracts
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, Project Management tools, and reporting
- Experience with US projects (ADU / residential / commercial) is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exposure to US construction standards and remote project handling
- Startup or fast-growing organization experience
