About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a remote-first work environment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and policy implementation, while ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance team.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate employee training programmes and maintain training records.
- Support performance review processes and implementation of HR policies.
- Address employee queries and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster employee motivation, engagement, and a positive work culture.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with payroll processing, attendance management, and HRMS tools.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Salary
₹4.8–6 LPA (Remote, India), based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
