Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. The candidate will ensure excellent guest satisfaction, smooth departmental coordination, employee productivity, and achievement of revenue targets. The Operations Manager will supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct daily operational meetings with department heads.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control operational costs and improve departmental efficiency.
- Maintain room quality standards and service excellence.
- Support sales and revenue generation activities.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–10 years of hotel industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle pressure.
