Job Description
· Reviews and validates high volume of incoming Claims documentation based on internal guidance, utilize internal and external systems, as well as update system records while processing and tracking of Partial Claims related tasks.
· Establishes claims timelines and calculates due dates.
· Decisions each expense to determine if claimable
Qualification
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer background).
· Good Communication Skill.
· Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and very high attendance track record.
· Added advantage if knowledge of Partial Claims.
