ICICI Bank is hiring Sales & Relationship Managers (Senior Officers) for its banking sales team across Haryana. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in the banking and financial services industry, with structured training and clear growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ICICI Bank's banking and financial products to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct customer engagement
- Achieve assigned sales targets within specified timelines
- Handle customer documentation, KYC, and account onboarding processes
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly
- Coordinate with branch/reporting managers for daily sales tracking and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Graduate (any stream) with minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Age up to 25 years
- Total work experience less than 12 months
- Willingness to work in a sales-driven role
- Open to location mobility across Haryana
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
