KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Advisory & Relationship Management - Understand customer preferences and matchmaking requirements. -
Guide members in using platform features effectively. - Build long-term relationships with customers. - Deliver
personalized assistance and support. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Address customer concerns
and provide timely resolutions. - Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
Telesales & Membership Sales - Contact prospective and existing customers through calls. - Explain premium
membership plans and services. - Convert leads into paid memberships. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales
targets. - Cross-sell and upsell value-added services. - Follow up with customers to maximize conversions. - Maintain
accurate customer records and sales data.
Customer Support - Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email. - Resolve service-related concerns
efficiently. - Provide information regarding membership plans and features. - Escalate unresolved cases to relevant
teams. - Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for candidates who: - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Are customer-centric and
relationship-oriented. - Possess sales and persuasion abilities. - Can work effectively in target-driven environments. -
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Hindi and regional language proficiency is an added advantage. -
Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to engage customers professionally over
calls.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate in any discipline preferred. - Undergraduates may be considered based on process requirements. - 12th pass
candidates may be eligible for selected roles.
EXPERIENCE
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Prior experience in customer service, telesales, relationship
management, BPO, or customer advisory roles is preferred. - Experience in sales or premium customer handling will
be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
