Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical training in Electrical & Solar PV systems
- Train candidates on wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety
- Conduct hands-on sessions, assessments, and demonstrations
- Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Teaching/training experience preferred
- Solar/renewable energy knowledge is an added advantage
Skills:
- Strong technical and practical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel as per training needs
- Willing to relocate in Odisha
Freshers who are ready to teach are also welcome.
