We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our jewellery manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily jewellery manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Lead and manage craftsmen, machine operators, and production staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company specifications.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory usage and coordinate with procurement and stores departments.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and workmanship.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with quality control, design, and planning teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Jewellery Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes, including casting, polishing, setting, and finishing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production targets and work under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
