Job Summary
The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of all civil works at the Humming Bird project site. The role requires hands-on site management, coordination with contractors, vendors, architects, and ensuring timely completion of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including villas, compound walls, roads, drainage, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
- Assist in project scheduling and milestone tracking.
Material & Resource Management
- Verify material quality and quantity delivered to site.
- Maintain records of material consumption and stock.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Quality Control
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure quality benchmarks are met.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain quality checklists and inspection records.
Billing & Documentation
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Maintain site records including drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Support measurement book (MB) preparation.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Implement housekeeping and safe work procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local construction norms and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of site experience (villa, residential, or farm house projects preferred)
- Experience in gated community or premium villa projects is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure works
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Familiar with construction materials, methods, and quality standards
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
