Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our sales team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to manufacturing businesses, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our Sales Executives. This role requires sound communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold Calling: Contact potential manufacturing clients from the leads database, introduce our digital marketing services, and assess their interest.
· Lead Qualification: Ask qualifying questions to determine the client’s needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the Sales Executive team.
· Lead Nurturing: Follow up on previous leads, reminding them of the value of our services and encouraging them to book an appointment.
· Reporting: Track daily/weekly call volume, leads generated, and appointments set. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
·* Previous experience in telecalling or telesales*, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
· Ability to explain digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, etc.) in simple terms.
·* Comfortable with making cold calls* and handling rejections.
· Ability to meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
· High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
· Knowledge of email marketing will be a positive
