About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our Oncology Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment while ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in OPD, IPD, Day Care, and inpatient settings, as applicable.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' clinical condition and promptly communicate significant changes to the treating consultant.
- Administer medications, chemotherapy (where trained and authorized), immunotherapy, blood products, and intravenous therapies in accordance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients for treatment-related adverse reactions and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medication compliance, nutrition, symptom management, and home care.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control guidelines, medication safety standards, and hazardous drug handling protocols.
- Coordinate with oncologists, RMOs, pharmacists, laboratory services, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, nursing protocols, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing nursing education.
Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy Day Care, ICU, Medical-Surgical, or Critical Care Nursing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
