True Origins is a growing food startup brand focused on delivering premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, raisins, seeds, and healthy food products. We are expanding our offline distribution network across retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.
Job Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our offline market presence and generate sales through retailers, distributors, and local market channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly
- Generate new leads and onboard new retail outlets
- Promote and sell True Origins food products in assigned territories
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and distributors
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets
- Ensure proper product visibility and placement in stores
- Take orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain daily sales reports and visit records
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local retail markets and distribution channels
- Ability to travel locally for field visits
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and order management
- Candidate should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
