Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a professional service experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers informed about service status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Make service appointment calls and follow up with customers.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/service systems.
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with the service team for resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile service/customer relationship management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and good follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
