Responsibilities:
- Receiving inputs from team about ongoing and new inquiries
- Understand the need of the customer
- Ask for help if needed and prepare a requirement
- Further prepare a formal cost analysis in excel or sheets
- Prepare an offer for the same in word or docs
- Submit the same to the team or customer accordingly
- Maintain proper list and database of all the quotations and other relevant data
- Follow up and inquire if any changes are to be made
And similar responsibilities related to fulfilment of the role.
Work Experience:
- Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience in similar roles will be highly preferred
- Candidates with knowledge and understanding of electrical panel line products will also be preferred
Skills:
- Candidate should be able to make ends meet to fulfil the role
- Candidate should be willing to work with a team
- Candidate should have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Candidate should also have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Candidates with good working proficiency in english will be preferred
Candidate should be willing to learn any new skills that would be needed to fulfil the role
