About the Role
We are hiring candidates for an International Chat and Voice Process to support global customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and must be willing to work from the office in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice support
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain documentation of all customer interactions using internal CRMs
- Meet performance targets including accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and resolutions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Flexible to work from office in rotational shifts
- Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in chat or voice process
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered (if applicable)
Work Mode
