Job Overview
FEET & YARD is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate property leads.
- Explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Understand customers’ budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property/site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer information and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Provide regular follow-ups until the customer’s requirement is successfully handled.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates can also apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, real estate, or customer support will be an advantage.
