We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Consumer Small Enterprises (CSE) Loan Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and promoting secured and unsecured loan products for small enterprises. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales and relationship management skills, along with experience in sourcing business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by sourcing Consumer Small Enterprises (CSE) loan customers.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and market mapping.
- Promote loan products to small business owners, self-employed professionals, and entrepreneurs.
- Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
