Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage advertising budgets ranging from ₹50k to ₹2 Lakhs while ensuring maximum ROI.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive high-quality conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.
Conduct audience research, keyword planning, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and SEO teams to enhance campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Agency experience is preferred, with exposure to handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of approximately ₹2 Lakhs.
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, conversion optimization, and campaign scaling.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
