Job Summary
The HR Admin will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role involves a wide range of duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits, and payroll data.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding procedures.
Employee Onboarding: Prepare and distribute offer letters, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide information about company policies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Payroll Processing: Gather payroll data, verify time and attendance records, and assist in the preparation of payroll.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records.
General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Desired Skills
Experience with HRIS systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
