A Engagement Executive is a senior level role, driving business impact and securing the strategic goals and objectives for a key client or portfolio key clients of Capgemini Business Services.
- Delivering the contracted scope to the client and manage the contract obligations for the client
- Positions Capgemini as a strategic partner; shapes and steers the legal transformation agenda with General Counsel, CLO, and functional VPs; frames outcomes in the client’s language.
- Shaping up and cocreating where needed, proactive proposals with client leading to a sole source renewal and expansion
- Should be a strong Influencer at clients C – Suite and should be able articulate our value proposition, capability to become and sustain being a strategic partner.
- Accountable for engagement budget and actuals, delivering the contracted revenue and margin
- Deep dive into operational issues resolution and building proactive control environment to prevent operational issues
- Bringing inspiration and new industry developments to clients and leading by example across Business Services and the Group to bring the expertise forward on Business Services account(s) from transformation, delivery, and technology
- Strong understanding and proven record of applying automations like RPA, AI, Gen AI and Agentic to drive significant improvement in process efficiency, client experience and business outcomes
- Accountable for organic growth of the engagement or portfolio of engagements
- Bringing the power of the Group to client account(s) and orchestrating other parts of the Group’s portfolio beyond Business Services to deliver outcomes to the client
- Leading partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, 3rd parties, and employees
- Mitigating risks by proactively scanning for failure modes and serving as top-level escalation point to demonstrate resiliency in problem solving and building trust
