Digitalis Technologies is a trusted Silver Level ERPNext Implementation Partner specializing in end-to-end digital transformation solutions for mid to large-sized Manufacturing and Distribution businesses. We help organizations streamline operations through ERPNext, custom development on the Frappe Framework, and continuous support services.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with at least 2 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with ERPNext. The Project Manager will be responsible for requirement analysis, ERPNext configuration, client training, documentation, and ongoing support. This is a full-time, office-based role in Delhi, with periodic travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation cycles—from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, and others as required.
- Translate business processes into ERPNext workflows and configurations.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, user manuals, SOPs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, scripts, and integrations.
- Provide post-implementation support and process improvements.
- Travel to client sites for requirement workshops, reviews, and go-live support.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation projects; hands-on ERPNext experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, Inventory, and Procurement workflows.
- Ability to manage clients independently and deliver functional solutions effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Delhi office and travel as needed.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Additional certifications such as ERPNext Certification, MBA, CA, CMA are a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
