Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller for the Automobile Service Department who will be responsible for customer follow-ups, service reminders, and post-service feedback calls to maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to customers for service reminders and appointment scheduling.
Conduct Post Service Feedback (PSF) calls after vehicle servicing.
Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance packages.
Maintain and update customer records in Excel / DMS.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop team regarding appointments.
Handle customer queries related to vehicle service.
Prepare and maintain daily call reports.
Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Telecalling / Customer Support preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer
Good customer handling skills

Ability to maintain proper call data and reports
