About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and creative Kannada Content Writer & Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over the Kannada language and possess strong research and writing skills. This role involves researching educational and general topics, creating original content, reviewing Kannada materials, and ensuring linguistic accuracy and quality.
Candidates with a strong academic background in Kannada, excellent grammar, and a passion for writing and research are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on educational, academic, current affairs, and general topics.
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content in Kannada.
- Write articles, study materials, worksheets, scripts, question papers, assessments, blogs, and social media content.
- Develop content aligned with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
- Proofread, edit, and review Kannada content to ensure grammatical accuracy and readability.
- Translate content between English and Kannada while maintaining context and meaning.
- Verify facts and ensure all content is accurate and reliable.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and other team members to develop educational resources.
- Update and improve existing content based on feedback and curriculum changes.
- Maintain consistency in language, tone, and formatting across all content.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Excellent command of Kannada (Read, Write & Speak).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Kannada grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Good typing speed in Kannada using Kannada typing tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
Good to Have
- Experience in educational content development.
- Experience in question paper preparation and assessment creation.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered writing tools and content management systems.
- Experience with translation and localization projects.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Kannada, Journalism, Literature, Education, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent Kannada language proficiency are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in content writing, research, publishing, education, or media will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Bangalore.
