Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in conceptual design, space planning, material selection, client coordination, and project execution while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and detailed working drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, supervise installation work, and ensure design quality is maintained.
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and material specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues during project implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, or office interior design.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Experience in preparing working drawings and construction details.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of furniture design, modular interiors, and material procurement.
- Vendor and site management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
