Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to support our team at piling and civil construction project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily piling and foundation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor piling activities and ensure work is carried out as per site instructions.
- Assist in monitoring materials, equipment and manpower at site.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress and basic reports.
- Assist the Site Engineer in measurements, inspections and routine site coordination.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with basic site safety requirements.
- Report daily work progress and site-related issues to the concerned engineer.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of civil construction or piling works will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at piling/construction project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work as part of a site team.
- Candidates willing to travel or relocate to project locations are preferred.
