About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end domestic hiring for our Sales division. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and well-versed in sourcing high-quality sales professionals for fast-paced business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for domestic sales roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in domestic recruitment, preferably in Sales hiring.
- Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
