We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of production and utility equipment. The candidate will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, maintain maintenance records, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and support efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production and utility equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and external vendors for maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and equipment.
- Monitor utilities such as HVAC, compressors, generators, and water treatment systems.
- Work closely with Production, QA, and QC teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound mechanical and technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance, GMP, and safety standards.
- Good communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
