Job description *
- Professionally handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding products and services to ensure customer understanding.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, and service-related requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent and professional engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
