Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive, go-getter intern to join our e-commerce team. You'll work closely with the team on day-to-day operations, customer escalations, and platform management and we expect you to take ownership, not just execute tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across platforms
- Handle customer escalations end-to-end
- Track orders, returns, and fulfilment
- Coordinate with logistics and ops teams
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on Excel
- Manage Shopify store updates & inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Hands-on with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Shopify
- Proactive & self-driven attitude
- Good problem-solving approach
- Ability to handle pressure & multitask
Good to Have:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart/ Meesho exposure
- Basic data analysis
- Canva/basic design
