Job Summary
Flynaut is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic LinkedIn Outreach Intern to support our business development and lead generation efforts. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting prospect research, managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and helping generate qualified meetings for the sales team. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, personal branding, social selling, and international client acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Prospecting & Research
- Identify potential clients, decision-makers, founders, CEOs, CTOs, and business leaders through LinkedIn.
- Research target companies and industries that align with Flynaut's services.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools.
LinkedIn Outreach
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
- Engage with prospects through comments, reactions, and direct messaging.
- Support outreach campaigns targeting US and global markets.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build relationships.
Lead Generation
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Update lead status and activity records in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
- Assist in generating a steady pipeline of potential business opportunities.
Content & Brand Engagement
- Support the promotion of Flynaut's services through LinkedIn engagement.
- Assist in sharing company updates, success stories, and industry-related content.
- Monitor industry trends and identify engagement opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track outreach activities and campaign performance.
- Maintain records of connection requests, responses, and booked meetings.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance and lead generation metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in sales, lead generation, digital marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Understanding of the IT services, software development, or technology industry is preferred.
Learning Opportunities

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
