Lead Generation Manager
Experienced- 3+ (able to generate at least 5 qualified leads per week)
Work Hours- Flexible (10AM-5PM California time is Expected)
Location- Remote
Compensation- $100 Fixed(Per Tour-$25,Approved Application $50,Lease $200)
Position Summary
The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective tenants for vacant units across the company's properties. This role requires strong communication, sales, and leasing skills to generate occupancy, manage lead pipelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage prospective tenants for available rental units.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication in English with all leads and prospects.
- Utilize personal sales experience and proven strategies to convert leads into signed tenants.
- Prepare quotations, lease drafts, and leasing-related documentation.
- Apply effective sales and leasing techniques to close rental agreements efficiently.
- Coordinate with on-site Property Managers to schedule and ensure successful property tours.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounts teams to monitor lease agreements, payments, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Leasing Manager to stay updated on unit availability, pricing changes, and new vacancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, follow-ups, and leasing activities.
- Conduct consistent and timely follow-up with prospective tenants throughout the leasing cycle.
- Achieve occupancy and leasing targets assigned to the portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, customer acquisition, or property leasing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective tenants.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Occupancy rate achieved for assigned properties.
- Number of qualified leads generated and managed.
- Lead-to-tenant conversion rate.
- Follow-up response time and lead engagement quality.
- Lease agreements successfully executed.
- Accuracy and completeness of leasing records and documentation.

Pay: From ₹9,874.52 per month
