Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for shaping careers? As a Senior Student Counselor, you will be the face of our HR certification programs. Your goal is to transform aspiring students and working professionals into certified HR experts. You aren’t just "selling" a course; you are acting as a career coach, guiding candidates through their professional journey and driving high-volume enrollments through expert counseling and persistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Impact Counseling: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions (in-person and telephonic) to help students understand the ROI of HR certifications.
- Conversion Powerhouse: Take full ownership of the daily lead funnel. Call, brief, and nurture leads to meet and exceed ambitious weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- HR Career Advisory: Educate candidates on core HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Labor Laws) to establish yourself as a credible mentor.
- Lead Management: Maintain a "zero-leakage" CRM pipeline. Track every interaction meticulously (Zoho/Salesforce) and ensure timely follow-ups to close sales.
- Walk-in Management: Handle walk-in inquiries at the Raipur office with high energy, ensuring a premium experience that leads to on-the-spot admissions.
- Outreach Support: Assist in on-campus seminars and local educational fairs to generate fresh leads and build brand awareness.
Targets & Compensation Structure
This role is designed for a "Closer" who thrives in a fast-paced, target-heavy environment.
- Primary Enrollment Target: 50+ individual enrollments per month.
- Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary based on experience and sales track record.
- Incentive Structure: High-performance commission model—earn uncapped incentives for every enrollment beyond the baseline.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–5 years in EdTech sales, career counseling, or academic admissions.
- Closing Skills: A proven "hustler" mindset with the ability to handle objections and close sales quickly.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English with an engaging, persuasive, and empathetic speaking style.
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner who can master the nuances of the HR industry to provide accurate career advice.
- Local Familiarity: Knowledge of the Raipur/Bhilai student demographic and educational landscape is a plus.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Monthly Enrollment Count: Achievement of the 50+ monthly target.
- Call-to-Visit / Visit-to-Enrollment Ratio: Efficiency in moving leads through the funnel.
- Lead Response Time: Speed and consistency in contacting fresh inquiries.
- Student Satisfaction: Positive feedback from enrolled candidates regarding the counseling process.
