Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Robotics Trainer to join our team at our Thrissur office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advanced Python, IoT, and STEM education. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, implementing robotics curricula, and supporting educational institutions across South India. The candidate should also be willing to travel to UAE and other GCC countries for short-term assignments based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Robotics, AI, Python, and STEM training programs for students.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for teachers and institutional partners.
Implement robotics curricula and support project-based learning.
Conduct workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and training programs for schools and colleges.
Develop engaging training materials, lesson plans, and student projects.
Provide technical support during robotics implementations and training sessions.
Travel extensively across South India for training and implementation activities.
Travel to UAE and other GCC countries for short-term training assignments as required.
Required Skills
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Robotics training.
Strong knowledge of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Advanced Python.
Hands-on experience with Arduino, IoT, sensors, embedded systems, and robotics kits.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to deliver interactive and engaging training sessions.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across South India and internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
Experience handling workshops, exhibitions, and school or college training programs.
