We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Head to lead our Ettumanoor branch, ensuring operational efficiency, team productivity, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for branch operations, including daily administration, business performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead the branch team—including collection executives, field staff, and office personnel—with a focus on achieving sales and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive chitty business growth through active prospecting, customer engagement, and area-wise development.
- Oversee collection management and ensure timely recovery from customers, coordinating field activities and follow-ups.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and audit readiness of all branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Head or equivalent, in banks, NBFCs, chit funds, or microfinance institutions.
- Deep understanding of local markets and customer behavior in the financial services sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 30 to 45 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field and customer visits.
- Fluency in Malayalam is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
