Cauvery Furnitures is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow the company's online sales channels. The role is responsible for maintaining the e-commerce website, managing product listings, coordinating online order fulfillment, executing digital promotions, and enhancing the overall online customer experience to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website and online sales platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and showroom teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and online conversions.
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Optimize product content and website pages for better search engine visibility (SEO).
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across digital platforms to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external marketplace platforms, if applicable, to maintain consistent product information and pricing.
- Prepare regular reports on online sales, customer trends, inventory movement, and key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities to recommend business improvements.
