Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Techno Commercial Engineer to support business development by providing technical product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and converting business opportunities into sales orders. The role combines technical expertise with commercial activities, enabling customers to identify the right solutions for their applications.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical support teams to provide customized solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert technical discussions into confirmed sales orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, educational institutions, industries, and system integrators.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, seminars, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, applications, and advantages to customers.
- Assist customers during product evaluation, installation, and initial implementation when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and business development reports.
- Travel to customer locations for demonstrations, technical discussions, and business meetings.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Instrumentation Engineering (E&I), Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
