- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and optimize data storage solutions.
- Experience in integrating data models with software applications to support business processes.
