Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, promote courier and transportation services, and generate leads. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining service offerings, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote courier and logistics services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business development team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients for business opportunities and closures
- Explain company services such as domestic & international courier, bulk shipping, and last-mile delivery
- Address customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth service execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (logistics experience preferred)
- Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in courier/logistics, e-commerce, or transportation industry
- Knowledge of shipping services, delivery timelines, and pricing basics
- Multilingual communication skills
