Roles & Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, and marketing materials.
- Create thumbnails, presentations, brochures, and branding assets.
- Assist in logo design, brand identity, and creative concepts.
- Edit simple images and perform basic photo retouching.
- Work closely with the marketing and video editing teams.
- Deliver creatives within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new design trends and AI design tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Basic motion graphics using After Effects
- AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Portfolio (academic or personal projects) will be an added advantage.
